The Onboarding Process
We'll spend 90-minutes together focusing in on the depths of your business, what struggles your facing, the business health symptoms your experiencing, and where you most need leverage.
This will help us uncover where in your day to day operations you truly need to be delegating and where you most need your time back.
The Recruiter Session
Step 001
Based on what we discover in the Recruiter Session, we'll spend 30 minutes clarifying what AI Assistant would be most valuable in your business right now.
Together we'll strategize on what the AI Assistant's specific role title and job description will be and pivot towards building the custom AI Assistant itself to fit those goals.
The Job Posting
STEP 002
We'll spend 30 minutes together test driving your new AI Assistant based on the preliminary onboarding instructions we've come up with so far.
This will give you an inside look at how the AI Assistant responds, speaks, works, and interacts based on prompts during testing. You'll be able to provide me your feedback and ideas that come to you before I make final edits.
The Interview
STEP 003
Once we wrap up our call I'll spend 48 Hours fully training, testing, and onboarding your AI Assistant to be ready to hit the ground running in your business.
Once you receive your AI Assistant you'll have 1 week of Voxer access to ask any questions about your chatbot or request edits.

Our time together will be 2.5 hours total to ensure we cover all of our bases. There's a lot to uncover in your business, how you currently operate, and where AI can best step in.
If you would like to take a break between this time together or split it between two days, we can easily make this adjustment at time of booking your call.
Please note: The 48-Hour turn around time starts at the very end of our session. Delays in our session will result in delays receiving the final AI Assistant.
What Commitment is Needed on My Part?
Coming to our call prepared will definitely help, but don't worry too much about what to bring with you.
If you have certain operations or branding documents you feel would be helpful, feel free to send those over prior to your call. You'll also receive a questionnaire before we meet to provide some information about your business so we can hit the ground running when we meet.
All chatbots are built with ChatGPT, but as of writing this free tier ChatGPT users have access to customGPTs.
